Incredible flavor!
I am typically a dark roast person , but I like to support local small businesses and love to try new coffees, so I when I saw the FB ad I ordered the Sunset medium blend ( the description sounded wonderful) to give it a go. I was NOT disappointed! Ordering was easy and received my order quickly, with a friendly note included no less. Straight out of the bag , where the roast date was easily found and clearly visible, the pre grind aroma was amazing. The beans were uniform and consistent with a nice shine. The brew aroma was equally amazing BUT THE TASTE!!!!! I have to admit that I have not yet experienced such a balanced flavor until now , chocolate top notes with an astounding nutty finish, smooth barely describes it. I am hooked and will definitely be ordering the Sunset blend again, and because of this experience I just ordered the Sunrise to try. I am sure that one will go just as well.
